Because there are Things we need to do There are things we WANT TO DO There are things we get to do So Not Today Corona, Not Today There are goals to meet There are plans to achive There are songs to sing And memes to see There are books to write and weddings to plan there are graduations to attend and classes to pass There are videos to post and postings to review there are smiling faces to send and emojis to share So Not Today Corona, Not Today There is appreciation to express To those in the front line day by day There are ideas to give birth To make this world a better place There are programs to develop There are systems to put in place So that those keeping us alive Don’t lose their health or sacrifice their home for it So Not Today Corona, Not Today Because we are going to continue doing The very best we can To come out victorious and claim the prize So until all of these is over I’m telling you again We are gonna keeping saying NOT TODAY CORONA, NOT TODAY!
